The festival of culture and tourism “Ayil Ottoru” is held in the village of Gulcho, Alay region, Osh oblast. The festival was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan.

 

The event is accompanied by a concert program with the participation of famous pop singers, manaschy, komuzchu and Kazakh performer of the dombra Erzhan Zhamankeyev.

 

Hand-crafted products were presented at the festival.

 

The aim of the festival was to search for masters, artisans and talents living in rural areas and providing them with support in export of their goods to foreign markets, popularization of handicrafts.

 

A seminar was held on the second half of the day, where the development of culture and tourism in the regions, the use of new creative methods for the development of culture and tourism in the regions, the opening of tourist centers was discussed.
