Peace Sprit Foundation intends to hold a political tour for European students of political sciences in February 2018.
For sure, Iran is country very well known to anyone exposed to the politics and political news; when it comes to students of political sciences, they are expected to know more accurate information about a regional power in the Middle East which signed a nuclear deal with 5+1 countries and has always been among top news makers.
Have you ever had a chance to know the country beyond what media tells you? Have you ever been able to visit the country and get familiar with the political system of one of the most controversial countries of the recent years? Well, we offer you a unique opportunity to spend about two weeks in capital city of Tehran and some other metropolitans in Iran and along with workshops and academic speeches, sit with political activists and officials, and pay visit to historical and political places.
By attending this educational tour, you will gain an overall knowledge on the political system of Iran, the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Iran, the requirements and procedures for selection of the leader, the three branches of power and their functions, political parties and their history, Iran’s political history and its foreign policy principles.
The program would also include a few days of trip to historical cities such as Isfahan, Tabriz, Mashhad, Qom and Varamin, which had played a significant role in political history of Iran. (Destinations are subject to change due to weather and other possible reason.)

The selected participants would have the opportunity to get familiar with Iran’s political system as well as its culture and people. Accommodation, meals and transportations inside Iran are covered by Peace Sprit Foundation. Please note that the applicants have to pay for their international travel expenses as well as 750 Euros for the program.
The ideal candidate will be:
– 20-35 years old
– A national of one of European countries
– Current student of political sciences in a European university or has been graduated not more than 2 years ago.
